How your data appears on Verita
1
Your data is stored securely
Following the submission of your resume or participation in an interview, the data undergoes parsing and is subsequently utilized to enhance your profile and improve search visibility.
2
Companies can find talent through AI search
Employers are able to search for keywords such as “React engineers with Node.js” or “Patent lawyers in Brazil.” Our artificial intelligence system analyzes your resume, interview transcript, and public profiles to assess the quality of matches.
3
What companies can see
Your Verita profile encompasses experience, skills, education, and employment history. Compensation expectations are not publicly visible.
4
You control visibility
Deactivate the “Looking for Work” toggle to prevent your profile from being displayed to companies.
